Evolve Labs site goes live
Launched evolvelabs.company — the central hub for all projects with full case
studies for LicenseHub, Diamond Data, and Evolve. Built as a multi-page static site, deployed
through the same GitHub → Vercel workflow we use for everything. The portfolio is live. Now it
grows.

LicenseHub — shipped in a day
Researched the $50B+ software reseller industry, identified the vulnerability in
the middleman model, and built a complete product — marketing site, interactive dashboard, and
working AI advisor powered by Claude. From research to deployed product in a single build session.

Organized the chaos
Three active projects pulling in every direction. Created a master action plan, set
up CLAUDE.md files for each project, installed Claude Code, and learned the git branch workflow. The
shift from scattered to structured.

Moved from copy-pasting code in a chat window to working directly inside projects
from the terminal. Built a practice project to get comfortable, then started using it for real work.

Diamond Data — the fan-first platform takes shape
Built the Diamond Score system, daily leaders, weather impact analysis, hitter vs
pitcher matchups, start/sit suggestions, and exportable rankings. A complete fantasy baseball
intelligence tool — free, for the fans.

Evolve V1 shipped to production
35+ build sessions. Zero prior dev experience. A full React app with Supabase
backend, deployed on Vercel, live at evolvelabs.app. Ten features spanning AI coaching, journaling,
workout tracking, emotional logging, and more. The human operating system goes live.

The idea that started it all
Started exploring whether AI could be a genuine partner for someone with no coding
background who wanted to build real products. The answer was yes — and Evolve was the proof.
